Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AIsikaso (the “Service”), a software platform for rental shop management operated from the Philippines. By creating an account, connecting a Facebook Page, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You may use the Service only if:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You have legal authority to bind the rental shop you are registering
  • Your use complies with applicable Philippine law and the terms of any third-party service you connect to AIsikaso (Facebook Messenger, GCash, etc.)

Your account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You must notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access at support@aisikaso.com.
  • You may invite team members under owner, admin, or staff roles. You are responsible for the actions of users you invite.

What AIsikaso does

AIsikaso provides software for managing inventory, reservations, customer records, accounting, and customer messaging. Specific features include:

  • Item catalog with photos, prices, tags, and quantity tracking
  • Reservation and calendar management with availability checks
  • Customer-facing receipt links and pay-balance tracking
  • Facebook Messenger inbox with optional AI-generated reply suggestions (Pro)
  • Public booking page at /book/{your-shop-slug} where customers can browse inventory and submit booking requests with optional ID and payment-proof uploads (Pro)
  • Customer SMS notifications for booking confirmations, status updates, and pickup reminders, sent via Semaphore (Pro)
  • Owner-glance dashboard, P&L cockpit, expense ledger
  • Multi-shop and team-seat management for operators running multiple locations or a small staff (Pro)

The Free plan is capped at 20 bookings per calendar month per tenant. Pro features listed above are gated until the operator upgrades to a paid plan.

Customer data and your responsibilities as data controller

When you connect a Facebook Page, AIsikaso will receive and process messages and customer information from your Page. You acknowledge and agree:

  • You are the data controller for your customers’ personal information; AIsikaso is the data processor acting on your instructions.
  • You are responsible for displaying any required privacy notices to your customers and for obtaining any required consents under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.
  • You will not use AIsikaso to send unsolicited promotional messages, spam, or any communication that violates Facebook’s Messenger Platform Policies.
  • You will respond to customer data requests (access, correction, deletion) in a timely manner and may use AIsikaso’s tools to do so.

AI-generated replies

AIsikaso may suggest or send AI-generated reply drafts on your behalf using third-party language models (Google Gemini). You acknowledge:

  • AI replies may contain errors, omissions, or misrepresentations. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting any AI-generated reply before relying on it.
  • Bookings created by the AI agent are tentative until you confirm them. Pricing quoted by the AI is based on your published rates and may not reflect special arrangements you’ve made with a customer outside the system.
  • You may disable the AI agent globally or per-conversation at any time in Settings.
  • You retain full responsibility for all messages sent through your Facebook Page, whether composed by you, your team, or the AI agent.

The public booking page and your customers

The Service includes an optional public-facing booking page at /book/{your-shop-slug} where your customers can browse your inventory, submit booking requests, and (if you enable these features) upload identification photos and submit payment proof images. By enabling the booking page:

  • You acknowledge that customers submitting bookings provide personal data directly to AIsikaso, which we process on your behalf as your data processor. AIsikaso’s Privacy Policy applies to that processing.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your published rental terms (deposit policy, ID requirements, cancellation policy, pickup/return rules) are lawful and accurate, and that you have a lawful basis under the Philippine Data Privacy Act for requesting any identification documents.
  • You may upload a rental contract template that AIsikaso will merge with booking details and email to your customer on confirmation. The contract content is yours; AIsikaso provides the merge tooling. You are solely responsible for the legal effect of any contract sent to your customers.
  • You will not use the booking page to collect sensitive personal information beyond what is reasonably necessary for the rental transaction. You will not collect medical information, biometric data, payment card numbers, or financial account credentials through any AIsikaso surface.
  • You are responsible for contacting your customer if their booking cannot be fulfilled and for handling refunds, disputes, and damages directly. AIsikaso is not a party to your rental agreement with your customer.

SMS notifications

When SMS notifications are enabled (Pro), AIsikaso may send transactional SMS to your customers via Semaphore (a Philippine SMS provider) on your behalf — booking confirmations, status updates, pickup reminders, and similar service messages. By enabling this feature:

  • You confirm that you obtained customer phone numbers in a manner that permits transactional SMS to those numbers under Philippine law.
  • You will not use AIsikaso to send promotional or marketing SMS without separate, documented opt-in from the recipient.
  • You are responsible for any SMS-related fees and complaints arising from messages we send on your behalf.

Acceptable use

You will not, and will not permit anyone to:

  • Use the Service to send spam, phishing, harassment, or content that violates any law
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
  • Resell, sublicense, or expose the Service as a competing product
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without prior written permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by abusing rate limits, exhausting database connections, or sending malformed payloads
  • Use the Service to facilitate any illegal activity

Pricing and billing

AIsikaso offers the following plans:

  • Free: ₱0/month. Includes core inventory, calendar, customer records, and basic reporting. Limited to 20 bookings per calendar month per tenant. Paid features (the public booking page, AI Messenger replies, team seats, multi-shop, customer SMS notifications) are gated.
  • Basic: ₱1,999/month. Removes the 50-booking monthly cap and unlocks the public booking page. Billed monthly. The paid period begins on activation.
  • Pro: ₱2,999/month. Includes everything in Basic plus team seats, multi-shop, AI Messenger replies, AI-verified ID capture, customer SMS notifications, and priority support. Billed monthly, or annually with a 30% discount. The paid period begins on activation.
  • Lifetime tier (when offered): AIsikaso may, at its discretion, make a limited-seat one-time-payment lifetime tier available (such as the “Habambuhay Pass”). “Lifetime access” means access for the lifetime of the Service itself, not the purchaser’s lifetime. Lifetime access is non-transferable. Feature scope is locked at purchase to the feature set then-available plus features added within twelve (12) months thereafter; major new product lines (for example, additional rental verticals) may be priced separately.

Payment processing. Subscription payments are processed by PayMongo, a PCI-DSS-compliant Philippine payment provider, primarily via QR PH (InstaPay) for one-tap GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, and other PH banking-app payments. Tenants who subscribed through the legacy PayPal integration continue to be billed via PayPal under their original arrangement until they migrate to PayMongo. Manual GCash, bank transfer, cash, and other concierge payment methods remain available for operators who prefer them or as a fallback when automated processors are unavailable; these go through a brief admin review before activation. AIsikaso does not store full payment card or bank account numbers — all sensitive payment data lives with PayMongo or PayPal, who are independently PCI-DSS-certified processors.

Refunds. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by Philippine law. For monthly Pro subscriptions, you may cancel at any time and your access continues through the end of the current billing period; no pro-rated refund will be issued. For lifetime tier purchases, refunds may be requested within seven (7) days of purchase and only if the operator has not actively used Pro features beyond initial setup; thereafter, no refund will be issued.

Service discontinuation. If AIsikaso ceases operations for any reason, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding twelve (12) months for monthly subscriptions, or to a pro-rated amount of the lifetime tier purchase based on three (3) years of expected service from purchase date for lifetime tier holders. We will give at least thirty (30) days’ notice of discontinuation by email and provide an export of your data.

Founding members and waitlist members may be eligible for permanent or extended discounts as separately communicated. Discounts apply for as long as the eligible operator remains continuously subscribed; lapsed accounts may forfeit discounted pricing on reactivation.

Intellectual property

AIsikaso, including all software, design, content, and trademarks, is owned by us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your shop’s internal business purposes.

Your data is yours. You retain all rights to the inventory, customer records, conversations, and other content you put into AIsikaso. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Service for you.

Service availability and changes

We aim to keep AIsikaso available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, deploy updates, or experience outages caused by sub-processors (Supabase, Vercel, Clerk, Facebook, etc.).

We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. Material breaking changes will be communicated to operators by email with reasonable advance notice.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from Settings (or by emailing us). We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if your use of the Service exposes us to legal or operational risk. On termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, that AI-generated replies will be accurate, or that the Service will meet your specific business requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, AIsikaso’s total liability arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIsikaso, its founders, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, or loss (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your violation of any third-party right (including a customer’s right under the Philippine Data Privacy Act).

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated to operators by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
