Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how Aisikaso Software Development Services ("AIsikaso", "we", "us") handles subscription cancellations, refunds, and billing disputes for paying operators on the AIsikaso platform.

1. Subscription model

AIsikaso is offered on a recurring subscription basis with monthly or annual billing periods. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. We accept payment through PayMongo (cards, GCash, Maya, bank transfer) and PayPal. The applicable price is the price displayed at the time you signed up or last renewed.

2. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing inside your AIsikaso account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access to paid features until that date, and you will not be charged again. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months when you cancel mid-period.

After your subscription ends, your account remains on file in read-only mode for at least 90 days so you can export your data. Past that window we may anonymise or delete inactive account data subject to our Privacy Policy.

3. 7-day refund window for new subscriptions

We offer a 7-day full refund window for your first paid subscription on AIsikaso. If you decide the product isn't right for you within 7 days of your first successful charge, email support@aisikaso.com from the email address on your account and we'll cancel your subscription and refund the charge in full, less any non-recoverable third-party transaction fees imposed by our payment processor.

This window does not apply to renewals, additional seats, mid-cycle upgrades, or annual plans after the 7th day. It is offered once per account.

4. Refunds for service issues

If AIsikaso experiences a sustained outage or material failure that prevents you from using the service for more than 24 hours within a single billing period, contact support and we will issue a pro-rated credit toward your next renewal covering the affected days. Outages caused by your internet, hardware, third-party tools (Facebook Messenger, Stripe, Resend, etc.), or any factor outside our reasonable control are not eligible.

5. Rental transactions between operators and customers

AIsikaso is a software platform that helps rental shops ("Operators") manage their bookings. We are not a party to the rental agreement between an Operator and their customer. Refunds, deposits, damage claims, and disputes about the actual rental are between the Operator and their customer and are governed by the Operator's own terms (which we recommend Operators publish on their booking page).

If you are a renter and have a dispute about a booking, please contact the rental shop directly using the contact info on your booking confirmation. We can assist by providing transaction records on lawful request but cannot arbitrate the dispute.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us at support@aisikaso.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We aim to respond to billing inquiries within two business days and to resolve legitimate complaints promptly. A successful chargeback may result in suspension of your AIsikaso account pending resolution of the underlying charge.

7. How to request a refund

Email support@aisikaso.com from the email address on your account, include the date of the charge and your account email, and tell us briefly why you are requesting the refund. We will acknowledge within two business days and process eligible refunds to the original payment method within 7-14 business days of approval, depending on the processor.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect on the date of your charge applies to that charge. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers at least 14 days before they take effect.
